Snow White reacquired! Due to health issues I sold her in October of 2011. I missed the car so decided to see if I could find her. I emailed the guy I sold her too. He was very gracious and sold her back to me. She had been in an airplane hanger in Palm Springs California in a collection of vintage cars. Pictures are of when I picked her up last month. It is nice to have her back home. So my last build is actually my last build. I had acquired a couple of other Celica's and sold them off due to so much work being needed to get them the way Snow White is. He never even titled the car in his name. So I paid the registration, fixed the pass side door window( came off track), cleaned her up and have been enjoying my car. Plans are to get the A/C working and that is it just leave her alone! Very Happy

Thanks! yes I was very fortunate indeed.
Going to make a couple of small additions to the car. Very subtle and period correct.
These are a few shots from last summer and fall before I sold her.

She just needed a good cleaning, passenger door glass put back in track, battery charged, added a few psi to tires and she was good to go. He added only about 240 miles to the odometer sice October of 2011.

Ha ha Joel yes it is especially this one since I built it. I know everynut bolt etc... You guys built the motor so I know it is bullet proof! Yes to build another of this caliber would be like finding a needle in a hay stack and cost probably around $20000.00 to build today.

    Bring to TORC?
Maybe not sure save me a spot next to your cars and I will bring her! DEAL? I have seen so many of my cars at these shows yet have never entered one I always sold them before the show.

I will not flare this car as it has nice fenders and quarters with no damage to the lip so it will remain as is.

The only plan I have as stated is get the A/C in working order and maybe install an original Toyota AM/FM radio.

Yes I was very fortunate to get her back. The guy that bought the car from me and in turn sold it back is a great guy. I can not say enough good things about him. I was very very lucky to get the car back.

I am enjoying your build Mr Vengance that lift back looks awesome with the flares and big wheels and tires. Some Watanabe's would look awesome on your car!

ok, now if you ever ever think of selling that car, myself and everyone here has license to beat you verbally within an inch of your life. Maybe we should have Joel be the actual owner of the car legally, so you CAN'T sell it. He'll let you drive it and keep it at your house, but you legally will not be able to SELL it.

    sheesh. Embarassed

so so glad to see her back home. Enjoy your car. Be happy....

    or we'll BEAT you. BigGrin
